1. Customer Cancellation : Customers can cancel their appointment up to 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time without any penalty.

2. Doctor Cancellation : If the doctor cancels the appointment, the customer will be given the option to either receive a full refund or reschedule the appointment to a different time.

- At CliniXtime, we strive to ensure our clients' satisfaction. If a refund request is accepted, it will be processed within 5-7 working days. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
